Ahmed Aboobaker
I joined SMG in 2022 as an Insight Apprentice, supporting the Co-op account while earning my Data Analyst qualification. Today, as an Insight Executive within Capture, I span both evaluation and consultancy - helping clients prove the effectiveness of their commerce media and uncover strategic opportunities for stronger commercial performance.
What is the proudest moment that you've "captured" so far?
Earning my Data Analyst apprenticeship. Fusing hands-on learning with complex, real-world client projects gave me a rock-solid technical and commercial foundation. It was a massive milestone that kickstarted my career and set the stage for everything I do now.
What excites you most about shaping what comes next?
Pioneering the future of measurement. With a deep passion for data, I am driven to evolve exactly how we assess media effectiveness. As the industry shifts, there is a huge opportunity to build new measurement frameworks that deliver deeper insights and keep Capture at the absolute forefront of the space.
Which value do you embrace most?
Stay Foolish. For me, it means maintaining a relentless "always learning" mindset. In an industry that never stands still, curiosity is your best asset. By staying open to new perspectives and constantly challenging the status quo, we continually raise the bar together.

Sarah Jauffur
I joined Capture just over two years ago, completely fresh to commerce media. Today, as a Senior Client Executive, I am responsible for excellent campaign execution. I can’t enter a supermarket or scroll social media without analysing the ads! It’s a fast-moving industry that keeps me constantly learning - and as an added bonus, I get to plan all the team events as Capture’s dedicated Social Secretary.
What is the proudest moment that you've "captured" so far?
Working on New Product Development when clients are eager to push the boat out. A standout was the 2025 McCain ‘Vibes’ launch - we brought bold new ideas to the table and delivered a highly creative, connected campaign across both in-store and social channels.
What excites you most about shaping what comes next?
The rapid rise of social commerce. As Capture evolves its proposition, I’ve taken on the role of Social Commerce Rep. I love working directly alongside our media team to build out this capability and act as the go-to expert for the wider agency.
Which value do you embrace most?
Stay Honest. The people are what make this job. We operate with complete transparency - keeping each other accountable, communicating efficiently, and constantly checking in. That honesty creates a brilliant team dynamic and ensures we are always aligned.

Megan Frazer
I joined SMG in January 2025 as a Client Manager at Very Media Group, before moving to Capture later that year. My experience has taken me from delivering campaigns for iconic sports brands to now managing partnerships with some of the UK’s most recognisable CPGs. Today, my focus is simple: building strong teams and turning market complexity into strategic value through precision planning.
What is the proudest moment that you've "captured" so far?
Leading a strategic commerce media annual planning project for a diverse portfolio of brands across various retailers. We turned multiple datasets into one clear, connected, and actionable roadmap - all built on trusted insight and smart innovation.
What excites you most about shaping what comes next?
The offsite evolution. Taking commerce media beyond the retailer walls and expanding into CTV, social, and creator spaces. It is all about using retailer first-party data to connect with audiences in much more meaningful and measurable ways.
Which value do you embrace most?
Stay Honest. It’s the foundation of trust, and trust is at the heart of every successful relationship - whether that’s with clients or colleagues. I love working in an environment where everyone is comfortable sharing bold ideas and openly challenging each other.

Archie Delafield
I joined Capture in February 2025 as a Client Executive. In my day-to-day, I work across major brands like McCain and KP Snacks, driving the development of their commerce media orchestration.
What is the proudest moment that you've "captured" so far?
Winning the inaugural SMG “Campaign of the Quarter” alongside my account team. It was brilliant to be recognised for rolling out entirely new media solutions for our clients! In 2026, I was also nominated for The Drum’s Commerce Media Awards in the Rising Star category, which was a huge accolade.
What excites you most about shaping what comes next?
The pace of innovation. I’m eager to see how we continue to sharpen our processes, integrate richer data sources, and unify our measurement. Ultimately, it's all about getting closer to the elusive single source of truth for brands.
Which value do you embrace most?
Have Fun. We spend a huge amount of our time with our colleagues, and the agency world can move incredibly fast. Remembering to have fun keeps everything in perspective and makes the hard work we do that much more rewarding.
